Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, this home is ideal for larger groups and families. The sleeping arrangements include four spacious king-sized beds, two sets of bunk beds, and a versatile bonus room featuring a queen-sized bed and a private ensuite full bathroom. For those who need to catch up on work or simply enjoy some quiet time, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a dedicated desk and chair.

The interior is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring two wet bars and a layout perfect for gathering. Step out onto the large screened-in porch, directly accessible from the living room and dining area, to enjoy the ocean breeze without the bugs. For panoramic views, the second-level open-air deck, accessible from two of the king bedrooms, provides the perfect spot for sunsets or morning relaxation. Outside, guests can take advantage of the gas grill for al fresco dining, an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days, and convenient parking for up to five cars.

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**  
This property is managed by Carolina One Vacation Rentals. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.  

Downtown Folly Beach is just 1.5 miles away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

A short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Check-in & Transit: Self check-in with door code. Check-in instructions emailed 7 days prior to check-in date. Self check-in and check out. Property management on call for emergencies 24/7. Local office staff available 9:00am-5:00pm EDT. A car is recommended, as public transportation is scarce. The Charleston International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away.

CAROLINA ONE VACATION RENTALS DOES NOT RENT TO STUDENTS OR GROUPS OF STUDENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE, NO EXCEPTIONS), EVEN IF A PARENT OR LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE ADULT MAKES THE RESERVATION. IF SUCH A GROUP OCCUPIES OR ATTEMPTS TO OCCUPY THE PROPERTY, IT WILL BE REQUIRED THEY IMMEDIATELY VACATE AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
