We have been renting this same unit 4 separate times now. Close to the pier. Close to shops and dining. Kids love the outdoor swing. Owners have really kept the place up to date. Highly recommend renting this unit. You can't go wrong.

This unit was magic. We visited on a family girls trip. I absolutely loved the location. Every morning we would all gather on the porch swing to have our coffee, have some laughs and listen to the ocean. It was the absolute best!

Carolina One makes it easy. They provide a simple app and text system. 1 week before check-in, you get all you need to know about how to access your unit and what amenities are available to you. Then approximately 24 hours prior to checkout, you get your check out info. Everything was clearly explained. We were elated to see there were a couple of trash bags, some laundry detergent, a few k-cups, and a roll of paper towels to get you started. Plus little complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Clean, comfortable, and gorgeous oceanfront views!! We loved star gazing each evening and watching the beautiful sunrises each morning from the porch swing. Well stocked kitchen allowed for prepping and cooking full thanksgiving meal for our family. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of linens, blankets, and pillows!

The master bathroom has been upgraded since we last stayed. It was so nice. Amazing shower. Our towels were folded nicely on each bed. I brought coffee pods but loved those provided. It was nice to see there was toilet paper, paper towels, and a few trash bags so we didn't have to purchase a ton from the store. Will be back!

Beautiful condo with an awesome view at the beach. Took my son down to the beach on the walkway that runs beside the condo. We were there for four days from Friday to Monday and had no noise from the construction at the pier. Condo is beautifully decorated and furniture is very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here! The property was very charming, welcoming, and clean. It had a stocked kitchen for any cooking you chose to do. The location was perfect to where we did not have to drive to any restaurants or stores. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitley stay again.

I never thought I would be the kind of person that goes to the same condo on the same beach every year, but with our love for Folly Beach and Charleston...and now this condo, WE WILL BE BACK!! We absolutely loved it! And being able to order groceries and body boards and have them at the condo when we arrived were added bonuses! Thanks fo a FAB vacay! Prob my fave yet!

This isn't my first time renting a vacation home but this one exceeded my expectations. The communication via e-mail is impressive by letting me know details on what they provide in soap, towels etc. I also loved the keyless entry, the location is exactly as we thought it would be from the pictures provided. We stayed at this property for a month. The location is perfect, the decor lovely, the unit had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the pots, pans, plates glasses and silverware we needed. The beds were very comfortable with very good quality linens. Carolina One staff were very responsive. They answered all our questions and helped us when needed. All of the staff and contracted Carolina One staff were highly professional. Thank you for an idyllic vacation.

Weekend with a view....this beach house is lovely, well-appointed and has the best location on Folly Beach! The ocean-front porch has a large bed swing that we never wanted to leave! The house is walking distance to all the fun restaurants & bars & is steps away from the the Folly Pier! Great photo ops! You will love it!
