Welcome to Shell Cottage! This exquisite, generously proportioned six-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom luxury beach residence is situated within a tranquil cul-de-sac. Features include a private hot tub, enclosed rear garden, screened-in veranda, close proximity to Wave Watch local playground with a pedestrian pathway providing direct access to the beach. 

The lower level of the home features a spacious, open-concept living room and kitchenette area, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. This inviting space boasts abundant natural light and features two separate exterior entrances for convenient access to the surrounding outdoor areas. The lower level also houses two comfortably furnished bedrooms, each designed with guest comfort in mind. Bedroom 1 offers a luxurious queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. Bedroom 2 features a versatile bunk bed with a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a double-size mattress on the top, making it an ideal option for families or groups of friends. 

The primary level comprises a generous living space with an expansive kitchen and a formal dining area, alongside a primary bedroom suite featuring a king-size bed and a sizable en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is appointed with a tiled walk-in shower, a large jetted tub and access to the rear porch. Furthermore, the main level includes an additional bedroom furnished with a twin daybed and a twin trundle, complemented by a half bath located in the hallway. Adjacent to the screened porch, accessible from the inviting living room and furnished with a relaxing porch swing bed, is a gas grill, perfect for preparing delicious meals and entertaining guests. 

Upon reaching the third floor, you'll discover two luxurious queen bedroom suites, each thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort and privacy. Both suites boast a full-sized ensuite bathroom, complete with elegant tiled walk-in showers where you can refresh and rejuvenate. Ceiling fans in both the bedrooms and bathrooms ensure a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere year-round, allowing you to control the temperature and airflow to your liking. A workspace with a desk and chair is available in one of the two rooms. Each floor of the residence is equipped with its own individual thermostat, allowing for personalized and precise temperature control. Surveillance device is present on the property for security purposes. This device is not actively recording the property at all times. One camera is facing the driveway and the camera faces the back yard.

The enclosed yard has a private hot tub, a dual outdoor rain shower, immediate access to the playground, and a pedestrian path leading to the closest beach entrance.

Home is strictly non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years of age to rent. A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. No parties/events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. The garage and indoor fireplace are not available for guest use.
