Great location and perfect for our family. Best equipped kitchen we've stayed in yet! Loved the backyard for the dogs and the view of the ocean.

Nice house in great location. Loved the deck and grill. Appreciated being able to easily go back and forth to the beach. Close enough to Center Street and some of our favorites, Bert’s, Dead Low Coffee, and Chico Feo. Although we did not use it, the fenced in area for pets is nice. Comfortable 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a laundry room. Appreciated the hose for sand removal as outdoor shower did not seem to be working.  Thank you!

The treehouse was wonderful. The company was super easy to work with. House was so clean when we got there. Instructions on how to get in and communication was excellent. The location of the house is wonderful description of the house was spot on would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay there again

Wonderful property! Very roomy, with an awesome kitchen and a great master bath. Convenient to the beach access. The yard is beautiful with tons of trees, which makes it feel very lush and private. The fenced yard is huge, more like your own private dog park. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

520 East Arctic isn't called The Tree House for nothing, as it is literally nestled amongst mature Live Oak, Palm and Magnolia trees. It is a great house for one or two couples or a small family. Getting to the beach could not be easier through public access just steps away. Huge fenced yard area is like having your own private dog park and abundant tree cover keeps the pups cool.

We loved our rental! Clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and everything you could think of in the kitchen. The fenced in area for the dogs was secure and large enough for both our dogs to run a bit. Cute, quiet little beach town with locally owned restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Charleston for sightseeing. All our correspondence with Carolina One was timely, clear and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful house. You thought of everything, to make it feel like we were home. Not only were we comfortable, our pets enjoyed the stay too. We all regretted having to leave. Thank you for making our vacation magical.

Entire family loved the house, the beach being right across the street, and the ease of reaching restaurants, shopping, and trips using their bikes. We will stay at this location again and highly recommend.

The house was very clean and the location was perfect. It was right next to the beach with easy access. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The linens/towels provided were comfortable and clean. Beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room inside and outside of the property with decks and parking. I can't say enough good things about the property and location. I would definitely stay at this property again. You will be very happy if you rent this house.

My husband and I loved The Treehouse. This property was extremely clean and the decor was perfect for this property. The views from the large windows allowed us to see the sunset and sunrise. The location of the property was within walking distance of Center St and the beach. I am looking forward to renting The Treehouse again next year except for a long stay than this visit.

We love The Treehouse. It's the perfect size for our family. Can walk right across the street to the beach for great surfing. The dogs love the fenced in backyard. It's a great location. Close enough to walk to Center Street but far enough away from crowds for quiet time. Our favorite place on Folly and we've been coming for almost 20 years.

We loved the treehouse! The house was clean and inviting. Good location for a family with young children in regards to its proximity to the beach. Because of this closeness to a beach, parking area and beach access, a lot of cars park directly in front of the house. Other than that the back deck is a great place to recharge, and the kitchen area is absolutely beautiful! Enjoy.

Incredible property footsteps from the sand. Nestled in trees it feels private. Our fur baby loved the attached fenced lot where she could run and play. Will definitely be back to this spot. Highly recommended. One of my favorite parts was the big kitchen with ocean views.

House was great! We enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the house/deck, even on the super breezy days when we didn't want to sit on the beach. It was close to town, but far enough away from the pier that we always had a space to set our towels on the beach. Carolina One did a great job communicating with us. The place was clean and we loved the layout of the kitchen. It had plenty of room for two of us to be in there cooking. I can definitely see us staying again.

We have been coming to Folly for over 15 years. This is our favorite house and location so far. The house was so bright and spacious. Loved open concept on second floor and view of beach! Kitchen was perfectly stocked. Distance was far enough out that it was quiet but close enough to walk to Center Street. Beach access just across the street. Fenced in back yard was perfect for the dogs. We will definitely be back!

The Treehouse was one one of cleanest and well equipped properties that we have ever rented. We loved the decor and the real wooden floor. We spent a great deal of time on the top wooden deck which was surrounded by beautiful trees which shaded the deck in the afternoons and evenings. The ocean view was beautiful from the deck and the kitchen. Beach access was literally across a small road and it took less than 3 mins to be in the waves. We took 2 Cavaliers and the large fenced shady lot was great!

The property was as good, if not better than described. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Beach is literally across the street. Restaurants and bars are less than a mile walk, which is nice because there are many nice properties to look at in the way. Hope to return again!

We found the Tree House to be spacious and modern. We loved the access to the beach and the view of the ocean! The landscaping was lovely and the decks were a great place to gather. We also loved the outdoor lighting. What a bonus to have such a beautiful backyard for our pet. We plan to definitely rent it again!

Great house for our family of 5 and our dog. Loved the location and the set-up of the house. The Kitchen/dinning area being somewhat separate from the living room was a big plus. Kitchen was awesome. Being right across the street from the beach with the view and quick and easy access was also a huge plus. Loved Folly Beach in general, house was within walking distance of neat downtown area and pier and easy driving proximity to Charleston. We are not big repeat renters but if we were, we would certainly come back.
