Designed for memorable getaways with family and friends, this spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and offers something for everyone: nearby beach access, inviting gathering spaces, large fenced yard, and a private dock for fishing and crabbing. Sleeping arrangements include:

• First-floor primary suite: King bed, flat-screen TV, and a en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower.
• First-floor guest bedroom: Queen bed, with a full bathroom conveniently located nearby.
• Upstairs queen bedroom: Queen bed and attached bathroom.
• Upstairs family bedroom: Queen bed, single bed, and trundle bed—an especially handy setup for families traveling with children.
• Additional upstairs bedroom: Queen bed.
• Upstairs hall bathroom: Full bathroom near the bedrooms and walk-in laundry room.

Check out the Morris Island Lighthouse on the eastern tip of the island or head to the Washout to surf or simply watch those who love the sport. You can also check out the newly built Folly Beach Fishing Pier or walk Center Street where all of the shops, restaurants and bars are located. 

Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Parking for up to 5 vehicles is free in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, gas grill, TVs, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, $250 VayK Life beach gear rental credit, washer/dryer, high quality linens and bath towel sets for the maximum occupancy of the home, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided and up to the guest to replenish as needed. Closest public beach access is located 6 houses down to the right at 1640 E Ashley, approximately a 3-minute walk.

Home is non-smoking and strictly not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, of 12 guests.
