The sleeping arrangements are ideal for larger groups, with a primary bedroom featuring a king bed, TV, and balcony access, a second king bedroom with TV, and a third bedroom with a ful over full bunk bed. With three full bathrooms, everyone has the space and convenience they need to feel comfortable throughout the stay.

Step outside to take in the peaceful water views from the screened in porch and enjoy outdoor seating that makes it easy to linger over morning coffee or evening drinks. Parking is free for up to 2 vehicles in the Marshwinds complex. Parking passes will be provided as needed, maximum of 2 per unit. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. 

Elevator and staircases allow for easy access up to the condo. Carts are provided by the complex management company to easily take your belongings up to your condo. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Full list of condo rules & policies is provided upon check-in. Community Pool due to open around beginning of April and closes in October, HOA determines exact dates.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, free parking for up to 2 vehicles, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, central heat and air conditioning, keyless entry, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. Home is non-smoking and non pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
