This Premium guest room is located on the second floor of the Folliday Inn with entry from
a covered porch. Furnished with a queen-sized bed and a twin daybed. All of our premium guest
rooms have beautifully outfitted private baths with a tub and shower.

Please note this unit comes with 1 Parking pass only. Room is strictly non-smoking. Pet friendly for 1 dog with $125 + tax fee. Must be 21 years old or older to rent. Occupancy cannot exceed 3 guests. No onsite laundry. Please call Carolina One Vacation Rentals at 843-588-1212 with any questions.

Love the atmosphere at the INN. It was a perfect pace for our daughter's wedding. Was here in April of '23 and noticed very good improvements in the landscaping. Jennifer the landscaper is very good. Erin Swygert was very friendly and helpful to all the guests during our wedding weekend. Kelly Travers is the best wedding planner. She knows the island and all the people and helped to make the wedding celebration exceed our expectations.

This property was clean, updated, and very convenient to the beach, downtown Folly, and other places we wanted to visit in the area. It was nice to have parking and just to be able to leave our car and walk to most things or to drive to something and know our free parking spot would still be there for us when we returned. We didn't use the pool but it sure looked nice! I enjoyed the fact that the rooms are named after the classic wooden runabouts and loved the photo in the room. Classy!

This was our first trip to Folly and we could not have asked for better weather or a better place to stay. Folliday Inn was amazing. Excellent location to beach, shops and restaurants. All easy walking. Place was super clean and had fantastic amenities. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back! Loved the daily pool swims after long day on beach. Outside showers were perfect.
