*Please note this unit comes with 1 parking pass only. Room is strictly non-smoking! Must be 21 years old or older to rent. Occupancy cannot exceed 4 guests. Daily housekeeping is not provided. Housekeeping cleans prior to and after your stay. Please call Carolina One Vacation Rentals at 843-588-1212 with any questions. Pet friendly with $125 + tax fee. Max 1 pet.

This place was so easy to book online. Great location, walking distance to everything. The room was very clean and updated. Perfect for two people. The weather and pool area makes this a fabulous place to stay.

We stayed here for my daughter's surf competition and LOVED it! We had other friends and family rent out rooms at the inn as well. We loved the big, CLEAN pool and community grill. The kids never wanted to leave and we spent all our evenings by the pool . The beautiful landscaping makes you feel like you are in a tropical oasis. 10/10 we will be back!!

This was the first time to revisit Folliday Inn (Holliday Inn, double L) in many years. The renovations were breathtaking. I can't believe it was the same place. Really enjoyed meeting Matt and his brother. Asheville is our home and only a short 4 hours away. It is definitely our new favorite spot in Folly. Location is perfect. We will be back soon :)

The majority of the people I spoke to on the phone at Carolina One were nice. I had the opportunity to speak with Kayla several times and she was wonderful. We had several rooms booked and the person in one left some items in his room. Kayla overnighted them very quickly. He was very grateful and appreciative of her quick response.
