Relax with your favorite beverage or dine enjoying river views from the screen porch and ground level patio. Each bedroom has access to it's own, full bathroom. Large master suite includes a private, deck with panoramic river views. Short distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach!

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals. Open layout allows for everyone to be in conversation throughout the living spaces. Dine at the 6-person table, or step out onto the screen porch for outdoor dining or play cards with water views, a river breeze, and don't forget to keep your eyes out for dolphin in the river! Screen porch is accessible from the cozy living room, each with ample seating. Large flat screen TV in living area includes cable. Free Wifi provided to keep your family and friends up to date with your memorable vacation moments on social media, and in the need that you have to do some work or online school. 

Take advantage of the Waters Edge amenities. Go for a dip in the community pool during the warmer months. Fish and crab off the community dock, or just take a peaceful stroll down the dock for a different perspective. (boats not allowed for renters)

Wake up with beautiful water views from the large master bedroom suite on the second floor. It will feel like home with a king bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and a private deck to sip coffee and watch the famous Folly sunsets over the river. Ensuite full bathroom features double sinks, garden tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is also on the second floor with a queen bed, TV, and ensuite full bathroom. Head down to the first floor for Bedroom 3 with a queen bed and TV. Access the 3rd full bathroom from the hall off the kitchen and Bedroom 3. High-end, freshly laundered bedding and towels provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Enjoy the Low Country river views from the back patio and the community pool. Full washer and dryer conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the home for your use. Additional amenities include central heat and air, modern appliances, and a starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen. Some guests recommend renting a golf cart or bikes from a local company to take back and forth to the beach and around the island.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. If you have a 3rd vehicle, guests may pay a refundable deposit to get 1 extra parking pass for the first come, first serve overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 2 blocks away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Find the local and tourist favorite, the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots! 

Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

We provide 24-hour emergency on-call staff. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. *Sand renourishment to the west side of the pier is finished! The beach is now wider and more expansive on the west side of the island. A pipe will be running down the beach until the entire project is complete. Sand ramps have been built at multiple points along the pipe for easy access.
