Indigo San'

Overall the house was very comfortable, clean and plenty of room for a big group. Linens were of good quality and we enjoyed our stay. Improvements could be made in the cleaning of the screened in porch floor still needed a good pollen sweep. Attention is needed in changing out the drinking water filter of the refrigerator (indicator light on) and the RO water did not seem to be on (a trickle). Both of these situations caused us to purchase drinking water.

We appreciate your notes about the screened porch and water systems. We’ll make sure the porch gets a thorough touch-up, and we’ve placed an order to replace the refrigerator’s water filter. As for the reverse osmosis system, those units are no longer in service, as the Town of Edisto Beach now provides town-wide filtration on the main water supply—so guests can enjoy clean, treated water straight from the tap.

Indigo San is a well appointed house. It is equipped house and is great for our family What a joy it was to come into the house and beds already made! We all loved the screen porch where we saw many deer. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Having said this the primary bedroom on first floor has no shades for privacy nor is there a shade in toilet area. Plus this room has a glass door while beautiful , but once again , privacy concerns. A house this large, could use more than 3 bathrooms. A beautiful house as most homes with Carolina One are. They are awesome.

Indigo San’ is a large, beautiful, well-appointed 5 bedroom home suitable for a large family group, with the noted exception of only 3 bathrooms, one of which is in the huge primary bedroom. Hall bathroom downstairs is small and door does not lock. Upstairs large bathroom is shared by three bedrooms. Kitchen is open and fully stocked with everything imaginable, large and small pots and pans, plenty of bowls, so many dishes, one regular filter coffee pot, and one Keurig system. The beds are all so comfortable with great pillows. Two spacious sitting areas plus an especially cozy library room for reading, listening to music or respite. Lovely shaded back yard with view of the golf course. Two short blocks to the beach access. Parking for four cars underneath plus game space with 2 picnic tables and outdoor TV. Front porch with rockers and rear lower screened porch and upper deck. *FYI - downstairs primary bedroom has expansive, wonderful windows, but they are not covered so sunlight shows up across the bed about 6:30, if that is an issue for anyone. This bedroom, along with at least one other has gorgeous vintage glass window-paned doors with a clear view into the sleeping area. Not a problem for our family but just something to know. We loved this wonderful house!

Wow! Super Unique Find in Edisto! Recently Renovated and beautifully furnished! Loved the BLUE room! The photos do not do it justice! Very large and comfortable rooms. COLD AC! We saw deer every morning! The location is excellent and very private. We rented a golf cart and it was a quick trip to the beach every day and fun to drive around to the local restaurants. Whaleys is a popular spot right around the corner! Kitchen is fully stocked, even to make a large meal. Shower downstairs allowed for easy rinse before coming back home. Parked our car under the house to keep it out of the sun during our stay. This was our first time to Edisto and we will be back! Shoutout to John at the vacation rental company for finding us this place last minute after the unit we initially booked from another company didn't work out! John was awesome to work with! A+++ Highly Recommend Indigo San!
