There is a wonderful kids bunk room with wall mounted Roku TV. The second guest room features two queen beds and wall mounted cable TV. Guest room 3 has queen size bed and a cable TV. The primary suite is relaxing with a king size bed, lots of windows, large LCD cable TV and ensuite bath.

The second floor can only be accessed by the elevator or exterior spiral staircase. This upstairs mother-in-law suite has a queen bed, private bath, and a kitchenette. There is a coffee maker, sink, refrigerator and small living area. Views of the Atlantic can be seen from the balcony.

Enjoy meals cooked on the BBQ grill. Outdoor dining is plentiful with a full sized dining table in the rear screened porch. Another table with umbrella on the deck off the living room. The beach is just a short 2 minute walk. Don't miss out on those memorable family vacations!

PETS: Pets are considered, but MUST be approved with $250 + tax non-refundable pet fee paid directly to the property management company after booking. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Please contact for more details.

NOTE: Elevator equipped with service from garage to 2nd floor, but is provided for convenience and not ADA compliant. Non smoking. Fireplace not available for guest use. Garage is accessible, but remote openers not available. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
