Reservation dates must fall within the minimum and maximum date range to be valid for the credit. Must reserve gear at least 48 hours in advance of arrival date.

Yes! Your party gets a non-cash credit up to $250 toward beach gear for your stay! – One credit per reservation. (limited to stays 3 - 21 nights) NOTE: Edisto properties do not participate in this program.

You can order all the gear your party wants! Select the gear your group wants and simply pay the difference if you go over. Visit the website here: VayKLife Website  or email them directly: [email protected] 

Vayk Gear offers bikes, chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, beach carts, corn hole and more! Some properties do have limitations based on HOA’s.

Simply use your reservation ID number to log in. You can access that from the Vayk Gear email you received. This email was sent to you after your reservation confirmation email, from VayK Gear. You can also click on several areas on the Beach Gear page on our website to get to the log in link.

You can select your beach gear items up to 48 hours prior to your stay free of charge. Make sure you make your selections by then! Otherwise, we can’t guarantee we’ll have it waiting for you & there will be a $25 delivery fee and $50 late fee.

Yes! We will have it waiting for you when you arrive! Vayk gear will deliver your gear to the vacation rental property on the day of your arrival. They work with Carolina One Vacation Rentals to gain access!

Just leave it where you find it and we’ll pick it up too!

Sorry, no pickups. We deliver everything!

You can change your order up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date free of charge. Changes made within 48 hours of delivery are subject to availability and $25 delivery charge and $50 late fee. The delivery will be made on the next available scheduled delivery date which may not be on your arrival date. 

Any remaining credit is good for beach gear selections until it Expires 24 hours after you arrive. So make sure you use All of your credit!

Yes! Just check the “Gear Damage Protection” Box during checkout and you can vacation worry-free!

Just leave your gear clean / rinsed off and where you found it! Vayk Gear will pick it up!

  1. Go to the Beach Gear Selection Page
  2. Click on the “Need to Change Your Order” Link on the upper right.
  3. Enter your house Reservation # and Your Beach Gear Order # (Provided by Email)
  4. Make Your New Selections and Follow the Prompts.

Gear is available from 4 night stays – 28 days!

No, but Vayk Gear does store a credit card for any damaged or lost gear. You can purchase additional gear protection at checkout.

Not all of our vacation rentals come with the beach gear credit. The beach gear credit is identified with the beach gear logo on each property with this amenity. Note you can search exclusively for those properties offering this amenity. Edisto Island Rentals do not offer the beach gear credit program.
