This place was awesome and I would definitely stay here again. We were able to gather our family together for Christmas. The place had more of a home feeling than a vacation rental. Everything was perfect, easy access, parking and the beach was awesome.

House is stunning. It's a classic old beach house that has been updated enough to make everything convenient and comfortable, but still has pine floors and an original screened porch. The house is so much better than pictured. It was perfect for my teens, and for my elderly parents with significant mobility issues. I would definitely stay at this house again.

This home was perfect for our family of 8 for our stay on Folly Beach. The house is clean, comfortable, welcoming, and has all you need. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the space is used well, with room for all. The back porch and boardwalk to the beach can't be matched. In addition to a shower and spigot on the boardwalk, there is an outdoor shower with hot water, which was great for keeping the house free of sand. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a meal. We will be back next year, and for years to come. We use VRBO every year for our vacation, and this home is our favorite by a mile! Communication with the property management was excellent. I totally recommend using VayKLife Gear for your beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear needs. It was there on arrival waiting for us and saved so much space in our vehicle!

Very clean, beds comfortable, 2 bathrooms are very small for number of beds, 2 refrigerators were very convenient, HVAC worked great, a quick 50-60 yard walk to the beach. Bring your own beach towels, umbrella/Sibumi, and beach chairs.

We loved this property! Perfect for larger families as it is very spacious. The house is decorated beautifully, very clean, and literally steps away from the beach. I would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay on the beach.

Our family met up to enjoy a few days at the beach all together. There were 8 of us and we fit very comfortably! There were plenty of beds and rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and tasteful decor to create a relaxing and pleasant stay. The easy access to the beach was a favorite, as well as the back porch to see the ocean without being in the sun. Since it was only a mile to the main street downtown, this made riding our rented bikes or walking there to shop or get coffee very easy.

Great location, close to downtown Folly, with wonderful ocean access. Having stayed in dozens of vacation rentals over the years, we felt that this was one of our favorites. The place is well equipped with every kitchen utensil imaginable and high-end appliances. The bathrooms with walk-in showers and on-demand hot water is great for seniors.

Excellent parking for 5 big vehicles with easy access to a one level oceanfront home that includes a front porch and oceanside porch. The home layout was wonderful with 3 bedrooms on the right and 3 bedrooms on the left. Each side had full bathrooms that provided privacy for two families. 4 bedrooms have ocean views. The kitchen and center living room with screened porch was ideal. The private walkway's bump out seating area was close to the beach and made our stay very comfortable.

We had the best stay here. The house was very clean and updated. We had 11 adults staying there and layout was perfect. We loved the screened-in porch and outdoor shower. Waking up to the beach and sunrise each morning was the best!

We enjoyed the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and 2 fridges, the house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views and access to the beach were fabulous. Also, the living room seating was comfortable, and there were TVs everywhere! This was a wonderful surprise as we have rented beach places and have never had such a good experience.

The house was very much as described. It had an excellent layout with 2 wings, 3 bedrooms each that allowed some space for multiple families. Although there were only 2 bathrooms, they were generous sized and worked well for our group of 12. There was also a very nice outdoor shower. The living room was comfortable and the furnishings were attractive. I liked their choice of colors and fabrics. Very pretty beach decor. The kitchen was spacious, well designed and well stocked.

This was my families 23rd summer in a row in this home and it was an amazing week! We were really nervous about starting with a new realty agency, after working with the former agency for so long. We found out quickly that Carolina One is how agencies should operate. They have a kind and helpful staff who return calls and emails, and who will work with you on pricing and payments options. The ease of online access and payment is also a huge plus. Amber is amazing, and she has been such a pleasure!

The AC went out on our 3rd day and Carolina One made sure that it was repaired on that day. Office staff is wonderful! They are patient, professional and very nice, which was a breath of fresh air after having to deal with the previous rental agency for years. Highly recommend Carolina One Vacation Rentals!!
