Nicely appointed and well-maintained condo. The view of the ocean and pool was excellent from the large balcony. The sound of the ocean was a nice calming background sound, especially overnight.

Our experience with Carolina One Vacation Rentals could not have been better. Great communication, and the property and the condo were absolutely perfect. The most impressive part was how they went above and beyond to locate my lost wedding rings after we left - sending their own associates to the condo immediately after we checked out to search the place top to bottom (even removing sink drains) before the cleaning crew even came in. This meant the world to me. We will absolutely book with this company again.

We've been renting in IOP for over thirty years and this is the nicest place we've stayed at. Extremely clean, the unit has very comfortable beds, pleasant updated bathrooms, quite pleasant balcony furniture, striking views, and much appreciated well stocked kitchen. The owners were quite responsive. We decided to rent the place again in 2025.

The unit we stayed in was well taken care of. It had everything we needed, we liked the fact that there were extras in the pantry if needed. We couldn't find the rental gear for the beach for the first few days, so that was difficult.

We don't know how IOP is even better the third year around. Each time we've stayed in Summer House 505 has been even more peaceful, bright, and beautiful than the last! We are so thankful for such a wonderful condo to enjoy some much-needed fun and togetherness. The views, food, architecture, activities, and nature of Charleston are like no other, and IOP is the perfect gem to return to every evening. We will cherish the memories we've made and hope this summer won't be the last! Thank you again...

505 Summerhouse was great! Very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking utensils you would ever need, dishes and glasses. The balcony was large, and a perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine after dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time using Carolina One and staying in this unit. We LOVED everything about it, including the people at the office we spoke to on phone when booking. We had a wonderful time @ Summer House 505. The condo was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked. The sleeping arrangements were perfect - master bedroom with king size bed for my husband and myself, and second bedroom with queen size bed for my son and daughter-in-law, as well as a daybed for my grandson. CarolinaOne did an outstanding job of keeping my informed of my reservation. I would highly recommend them!

This condo 6th floor has a great view and was pretty quiet in late September. The balcony is well furnished and comfortable. The sun rises early and floods the master bedroom and living areas with light.

We loved our stay at 505 Summerhouse. The property far exceeded our expectations. All furnishings were modern and updated. The view is amazing. And the customer service from Carolina One was outstanding. Our AC unit stopped working during a very hot, holiday weekend and they arranged for a vendor to make the repairs within a few hours. Can not wait to come back!

We absolutely loved 505 Summer House Villa! It was so fully stocked with all the comforts of home. One night I even thought it would be nice to have my meat thermometer and I opened the drawer and there was one! There was even a wagon and a cooler to take our gear to the beach. The beds were super comfortable, loved the hardwood floors, the kitchen was the best stocked rental that we have ever had, the balcony was amazing, and the pool area was so nice. Wild Dunes has such amazing bike trails.

First of all, Carolina One was wonderful to work with. They were very proactive in terms of supplying me with information before I even needed to ask! They texted the day of check-in to let us know that our condo was ready early, which was great. As far as the property goes, we loved the condo at 505 Summer House! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. Our daughter loved having her own room with her own t.v. The view was beautiful and the beach access was so convenient.
