493 Egrets Pointe - Dove's Nest

Tks for a great week, the location was super and the condo was lovely. It worked great for us. We loved it. When you get a minute, you may want to tiddy up the kitchen and popcorn stuff is starting to fall. Then the couches are so so but the rest if the condo was great. I would rate it a 99.98.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was a short walk to the main pool. The unit had all the kitchen utensils we needed to make meals. Spacious with lots of room for the 6 of us to feel comfortable. The unit was just as pictured. Overall great experience and would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed the property! The location to the gate for ease of entering and exiting the resort area was very convenient. Also, the location made an easy walk to the pool area. Will definitely look to stay at this property again in the future A couple of suggestions: 1) Routine flushing of the water would help the initial smell of using the toilet and water. The odor of rotten eggs/pluff mud was not appealing after a long drive and getting ready to settle in, and 2) An information booklet with the instructions on using the key fob for the pool, how to use the TV service and Wi-Fi information so that all of the information is in one place. The pool key fob did not work at the gate, and we had to ask others to let us in for access. But, again, would stay at this property again because it was very clean, had plenty of room for our family of four, great views and was quiet at this time of year. Also, thankful for a pet-friendly property!!

1. Water Odor: Edisto now has a treatment facility servicing the municipal water supply. However, during certain times of the season, the odor can be stronger. We will monitor this before arrivals to address any issues within our control.
2. Information Booklet: There is laminated signage on the kitchen counter that includes information about the home, surroundings, Wi-Fi, and TV. We will review and update this information to ensure it is clear and comprehensive.
3. Pool Key Fob: We have not had further issues with the pool/cabana access. If this or any other issue arises during a future stay, please notify our office so we can promptly address it and ensure an enjoyable experience.
