Welcome to Seacoast Villa 8, "Lagerita"!  This custom newly renovated villa sits on the top floor with gorgeous unobstructed views of the Atlantic.  This “almost” oceanfront property is less that a minute’s walk across a quiet frontage road to the beach access.  Perfect for families!  



Get ready to soak in the warm rays of the morning sun with the cool ocean breeze while sipping your favorite cup of coffee.  Head inside to sprawl out on the luxurious sectional couch and prepare to be entertained with the enormous smart TV.  Want to set the perfect mood while watching your favorite movie or show?  Well we’ve thought of that.  The living space comes with remote controlled color changing smart bulbs!  The owner is also planning to provide additional lighting, seating, and decorating in the very near future.  



Ready to make your own five star meal?  Step into the newly redesigned custom kitchen. The expansive kitchen island with custom quartz countertops has plenty of space for cooking and meal prep.  Additionally, this kitchen comes with brand new stainless steel appliances and new custom cabinetry comes well stocked with everything you need to be the perfect home chef.   Thinking of grilling out?  There is a gas grill available on the ocean view deck.  Sit down and enjoy your family meal at the custom built banquette that sits looking out to the ocean.  Additional table seating, cushions, and bar seating are coming soon as well! 



Lagerita features 3 bedrooms and 3 full newly renovated bathrooms.  The master suite (bedroom 1) has private access to the ocean view deck and features a comfortable king-sized bed, smart TV, and spacious closets.  Bedroom 1 also has a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a huge shower with custom tile work and color changing LED lights illuminating the built-in shower storage.  Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed with an updated en-suite bathroom.  Bedroom 3 features a full-sized bed with a twin trundle bed.  Bedroom 3 has access to the full bathroom located just across the hall from it.  The homeowner has plans to provide additional lighting, decorating, and furniture for clothing storage in the very near future.  Fresh linens, comforters, and towels are provided for every guest arrival for the maximum occupancy of the home. 



Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Stroll down and fish off the Folly beach Fishing Pier (closed for refurbishment starting Oct. 19, 2020). Listen for live music in the downtown area of Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island for a tranquil beach walk and shelling with picturesque views of the Morris Island Lighthouse - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Pick up some local artisan gifts and locally made food from the shops and seasonal markets. Downtown Charleston is only a 20-minute drive to historic tours, harbor walks, carriage rides, world-class dining, theater, boutique shopping, and the South Carolina Aquarium. * The Folly Beach Farmers Market & the Art Market take place select days of the week during peak seasons and holidays. 



Free parking is provided with 1 labeled spot for your condo under the building. Exterior parking area on property is available first-come, first-serve. Elevator goes to all floors of the complex. Amenities include keyless entry, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, full size washer & dryer, linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free parking, elevator, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. Home is non-smoking and non pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
