Our group of woman over the age of 50 absolutely loved our stay!!! The rental was clean and perfectly located near a beach access! The rooftop deck with the beautiful views ended each evening perfectly with a glass of wine!!! We will be back!

This house had the best location!!! Two beach accesses super close by. We could see the ocean from the rooftop, and there was the nicest screen porch so we could sit outside even when the sand gnats were out. My kids loved the downstairs living area. Kitchen was well stocked, and the house was so clean when we arrived. We had a fantastic stay!

Sandy Cheeks is a modest little beach house. Has some good character and the rooftop deck is charming. All in all, a quaint beach house.

Great place for an extended family. The proximity to the beach allowed for kids and the elderly alike to access the sand and water without a major slog of chairs, sunscreen, umbrella's toys, etc. We loved the roof deck, though the Carolina heat kept us off of it most days. A few critical items to note: the hose in the front is awesome for cleaning feet and little bodies. The outdoor shower in the back is awesome for getting cleaned up in the evenings after a day at the beach. Storage under the back deck.

Sandy Cheeks was wonderful for our beach getaway. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other, and the walk to the beach could not have been better. The house was better in person than the pictures in my opinion! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We love staying here. This was our second time renting this property and it was perfect for our group of family and friends, and our pets. Plenty of space to spread out and the back yard was great. And what a short walk to the beach!!! Wonderful vacation.

We had such a great time at Sandy Cheeks!! The house was very close to the beach and the moment I walked in I felt at home. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook during our stay. The backyard was great for our two dogs to run around in. Folly Beach is definitely somewhere we will visit again!

Carolina One at Folly Beach was wonderful to work with. Kayla, Amber and the whole team were very accommodating and helpful. We loved the property on East Arctic and hope to be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay! This house is great for a family gathering. We were a group of seven adult family members and this house accommodated us well. It is an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants. It has great outdoor space and plenty of inside living space. We definitely would stay in this house again

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Cheeks - we were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for housing our group. The downstairs was well set up to allow for all the younger members of our party to have their own space while the older members slept upstairs. The rooftop deck was perfect for hanging out and the location is very close to the beach with plenty of parking.

My family had a great week. We stayed over the thanksgiving holiday. The house is great for a larger family or group. Location is awesome! Parking can be tricky if you have more than 3 cars but it can be figured out. The kitchen has limited cookware for a large group (most beach houses often do), so bring extra larger pots/pans if cooking for a larger group. The rooftop deck has amazing views (great for morning coffee). Outdoor shower in back was great for returning from the beach. I Would recommend!

Sandy Cheeks is a great house! House is very clean and nicely decorated with close beach access. The roof top deck is perfect for the evenings. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. We really appreciated the equipment rental credit and the linens being included since we traveled in from TX. Had a great week!

The Sandy Checks house is conveniently located near 10th street beach access but still a easy walk to the Pier (1.3 miles). Easy commute to Charleston and grocery stores. Very nice house with many updated features. Plenty of space for multiple families. Great screened front porch, roof top deck and large dinning table for relaxing and socializing. Thanks for a great week!

Sandy Cheeks is ideally situated on a quiet one-way street, allowing guests the choice of either the 9th or 10st St. beaches. It's an easy & scenic bike ride to downtown Folly Beach. The rooftop deck is awesome!!

We really enjoyed Sandy Cheeks! We had a group of 10 including our 6 older children ages 20-38, and our 2 grandchildren. Everyone really enjoyed the property and loved how close we were to the public access to the beach.
