The communication about what to expect when checking in and checking out was very clear. One of the shower heads was shooting water the wrong way... We called it in and someone was there to replace within a few hours. Proximity to the beach was great!

My friends and I rented the Palms II this past weekend for a concert that was in town. We live all over the country and can only get together a few times a year and needed a spot that could comfortably accommodate all 8 of us having our own bedrooms and this was the perfect spot! Just a short walk to the beach and so much space in the house and on the back deck for family meals and lounging in the living room before the shows. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking and two fridges!

The house was wonderful. Plenty of room, big kitchen and game room upstairs. Check in was easy and Carolina One were responsive with any questions. Easy walk to the beach, and town. Trips into and around Charleston, including the airport were easy. Would definitely recommend this Vacation rental!!

Comfortable home! Definitely enough space for everyone to have privacy. We had our family of 11 (6 adults & 5 kids) and we had plenty of room. A little TLC is needed with just a couple of things but overall, great place to stay. If stairs are an issue for you, this may not be the place for you. Lots of stairs to get in. Block and a half to the beach but pretty easy walk. We had a great trip & stay!

Location was amazing! Close proximity to beach and restaurants. Carolina One Rentals was super responsive and provided all the infor information you needed up front which was helpful.

Good space for couples to spend time together. Parking was easy and off road for our three cars. Location was great. Outside stairs to the first floor living area were a bit of a challenge for us as older adults. Over-all stay was perfect for our group get together!

Perfect home for our family reunion! Spacious rooms with a charming beach theme. Kitchen was beautifully stocked with every pot, pan and tool needed. Loved the big front porch for morning coffee. You'll be pleased with your choice of renting this property.

My Mom and my Brother and his family flew in from Hawaii for a family reunion. We came in from Georgia, and my sister is in the Carolinas. This was the first time in 15 years we have all been together. I would like to thank all involved at "Carolina One Vacation Rentals" for a GREAT job. Our vacation rental was fantastic. It's a trip we will always cherish. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at Palms II. It was a wonderful home and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you for allowing me to extend our stay.

The rental company was very responsive to requests. The location was great! The kitchen was huge. Games and puzzles nice perk. Couches were comfortable with super TV. Very nice place for family reunion!

Lovely time at this lovely property for Thanksgiving. The space was great and comfortable. The location was nice as we could walk/bike to the dog park and tennis courts which my children really enjoyed. Also a quick walk to the beach!

Maybe 1500 feet from the beach, everyone in my party thought this place was a "find." We were in the area for a grandchild's christening. We wanted to be near the beach but not too far from Charleston. Having a big group (12) a place with 4 bathrooms just makes sense. And the master bedroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. Really nice. The dual refrigerators are also handy. Carolina One is super professional. Everything about the rental process was painless. We're planning to visit again next year.

We had a fun time dwelling at Palms 2 for the getaway week. We had three wives with one of wives' husband and a bunch of teens so the house matched our needs really well. The master is very nice- huge bathroom with it. And the two queens in the main floor were the basics but perfect for our needs. One smaller bath for those two rooms. Laundry right off kitchen. And upstairs was a great set up for the kids. Rec room with pullouts and on either side Of rec room two basic queen bedrooms with bath for each.
