Thank you very much. We enjoyed staying at Marsh Winds. It was clean and well stocked. The real estate company checked while we were there, to make sure we didn't need anything. Overall, it was a great experience. We would go back and use Carolina One also.

The only complaint was from my elderly parents who said the sinks and toilets were too low. Otherwise it was a great place

We came to visit our daughter and son in law, who is stationed at the Marine base in Beaufort for Thanksgiving. They have been at Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital since August when our grandson arrived at 25 weeks gestation. We needed a place to fit 4 adults, a teenage and an 11 year old. Also one that was furnished with a table for us to all eat together and a living room we could all be in. The Marshwinds condo offered that place. The location offered a direct route to the hospital for us. Very nice stay!

Enjoyed our time at this unit. Loved the screened in porch. Nicely appointed and clean convenient location. We walked to the downtown and to the beach area in minutes. Highly recommend and would stay again

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectation. The unit was beautifully decorated, welcoming and extremely clean. The instructions on how to access the condo and amnesties were clear and concise. My family and I will definitely be vacation again in Charleston and hoping the condo will be available! #5star

We were pleasantly impressed by the quality of the condo. The furnishings were very nice. Very clean and well-stocked. We did not need any additional items. The rental management personnel were very helpful and tolerated my operator error in locking the door. The unit was very comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

It was perfect for the 4 of us (Mum, Dad & two teens). Easy access to the activities we did in Charleston as well as the Tideline Tour we booked off the marina. Everything we needed was there, having a washer & dryer was priceless! The binder of information left was well put together including the menus in the back from local restaurants. We were looking for a place to relax for a few days and we did just that!!

The property was great, beautiful views of the sunset from the screened in porch! A lot of space and had everything we needed for our stay. Short walk to the beach, great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay.

Marsh Winds was a nice property. We are frequent quests to Folly, however, we had never stayed across the bridge before. It was a nice trip into town!

We had a great stay at Folly Beach! The condo at Marsh Winds was perfect. It was well stocked, clean and very comfy. The location was perfect; a short walk to the beach. We have rented before on Folly but this was one of the best. Carolina One was very efficient to deal with, and we loved the little extra Christmas touches to the condo when we arrived! Thank you for a fantastic week!

My cousin, sister and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The rooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom. We did not utilize the community pool as the walk to the beach was extremely easy. We were able to walk there and back every single day and it took us 15 min at the most (depending on where you want to stay on the beach). We will definitely be back to stay at this property, worth every penny!

Very comfortable, clean and roomy condo. The kitchen is well equipped. The location worked for us taking walks or jogging directly from the condo to the beach but would be too far to walk if carrying a lot of beach equipment.

We have enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach. This unit at Marshwinds was comfortable and very nicely decorated. Carolina One was very attentive to details and kept me very well informed with email reminders. Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, serving pieces and appliances work great. Outdoor area was very comfortable and quiet.

A very solid place if you are looking for proximity to both town and beach. Pool was relaxing. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The sunset views of the marsh were magnificent. All in all, a good choice for our needs. We would go back.

Clean, comfortable place with a great view off the screened in deck. We had a crane visit and breathtaking sunsets every night. Well equipped for daily needs at the beach. A short drive to the beach and we found free parking even on the 4th of July !
