Gorgeous first floor Port O Call condo. Enjoy private beach access right off of the screen porch, the beach is just steps away! This Port O Call has been renovated and has hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has updated appliances and is fully-stocked with everything you need to cook a meal on vacation. Bar counter seating for three in addition to a kitchen table with seating for four. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The screen porch includes wicker furniture for relaxing outside, as well as a fan to create your own breeze.

NOTE: Due to beach renourishment, beach access is temporarily relocated to the B building.

The condo is conveniently located close to two championship Golf Courses, driving range, and mile of bike paths. Enjoy the ocean and beach or the Community Pool at Port O Call, only available to Port O Call owners and guests.

Additional amenities include a community propane grill. Complex elevator. Washer and dyer (new as of 2024). Fresh linens and towels per occupancy. Starter supply of paper products and toiletries only. Drip Coffee Maker.

All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life!

NOTE: Non-smoking. NO pets. First Floor unit. Gated Community. Max of 2 parking passes provided. Does NOT include access to other Wild Dunes resort pools or fitness center. 800sqft. Long-term rentals available in the off season. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.

Internet is provided, but please note that high speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay. We loved the close proximity to the pool and beach. The mostly-shaded walking path was so nice for our daily walks. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome vacation staying at 103G Port O' Call. This unit was the perfect size for our family of 4. Access to the beach path was right outside the back porch which made it extremely convenient to get gear back and forth. We also took advantage of the pool which was great! Bike rides to the Wild Dunes Resort for ice cream in the evening were tons of fun!

The condo is very nice, with terrific beach access in a nice area. Footsteps and noise from the condo above was noticeable, but that is a function of the design of the building and not the fault of the owner or manager. There is a lot of space and it's easy for someone to work in one area without disturbing someone sleeping.

We had a wonderful time at the Palms. Our accommodation was well maintained. It is walking distance to the beach. It has a screened in porch which gives you an element of privacy from others. It was close to shopping areas and other amenities. We would recommend the property to anyone who would want a quiet beach vacation.

We loved the unit. Bright, comfortable, and the perfect size for the two of us for the week. The beach is a 30-second walk from the porch and you can see the ocean from the bedroom. Tough to beat the location: up at the quiet end of Wild Dunes and a short beach walk to the north point of the Isle of Palms. Highly recommend.

Great location to the beach and nice to be able to explore the Wild Dunes property. Enjoyed being able to walk 50 feet and be over the sand dunes or bike for 5 minutes to go to the restaurants at Wild Dunes. This part of the island was relatively quiet with very few folks that it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves.

Location was very good and condo was very clean. Carolina one vacation rentals was excellent in getting back to us on any problems that we encountered One of which was palmetto bugs in the kitchen area & also a washer and dryer problem .Liked The short walk to the beach as well as the quietness of the area.

This rental property was so nice! Very clean, decor was adorable and beach perfect! The location was amazing, literally steps from the beach! The screened in porch was perfect!. We did feel very safe in the community since it was gated. I would definitely return to this property and would recommend it to others.
