There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking.

This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators.. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
