This was the best experience we could have had! The condo was so clean, decorated modern and crisp! It felt like home away from home but better! Our key pad died and they were quick to help and get us in with no issues! The ocean view was amazing! We hope to make this a regular stay! Thank you for making it so perfect for us!

The property is in a great location right on the water and an easy drive to Charleston. You can easily walk to the small downtown and most restaurants, and the pier is a great place for an evening stroll. Folly Beach is a great beach for walking and enjoying the ocean, and it's not crowded. It's a quiet location with not a lot to do but relax and enjoy the beach.

The unit is well equipped with everything that people want on vacation. First impression is not great when you ride up in an elevator with a fan is screaming and rattling. The actual unit is quite nice and we enjoyed being close to the beach and sitting outside much of the time. The access to the beach makes this property what it is. We enjoyed only be 30 minutes from Downtown Charleston as well. Property owners did well to provide the essentials in every area of the unit. Everything was clea

Great 3 bedroom condo (with 3 King beds!) overlooking Folly Beach! Perfect location to so many great dining, coffee, and adult beverage venues. Television in every bedroom, but only primary BR had ceiling fan. HUGE television in living area!! Tons of games & books and well-equipped kitchen. Staff @ Carolina One was nothing short of fabulous with every question/issue we had. We would definitely use them again!

The was the best experience I've ever had with a condo rental of 20 years. Upon checkin we had a door code issue and called the office for assistance. There was a representative at the door within 3 minutes and he was not on site. He had the problem corrected in less than 5 minutes while we were unloading the van. This was one of the best mother-daughter trips we have ever had. My mom is 91 and has limited vision and hearing problems. She loved this condo because she could actually see and hear the ocean. She is talking about our next trip there. The condo is beautiful and was very clean. We will definitely be back. Thanks for letting us stay here.

This was a perfect location and setting for our family of four (including two teenagers). The condo is easy to access, has a perfect view of and access to the beach, along with two very nice pools. Parking is convenient, and the local restaurants and shops are easily walkable. We did have some hiccups with two of the three bathroom showers, and with the dryer, but Carolina One was responsive and addressed the issues satisfactorily. We would definitely stay here again.

The process was very easy to rent the condo but I think it would have been more cost effective if I went through Carolina One. The view is amazing especially the sun rise! The condo complex was clean and quiet. The condo was updated and close to the restaurants. I would definitely love to stay again!

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend trip to Folly Beach! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and well stocked! It felt like a home away from home! The location was great, too. The beach in from of the Tides hotel next door was so packed, but we had plenty of space at the beach in front of our condo. The parking was nice and easy, and we loved the carts provided to transport luggage. It was easy walking distance to the main strip. We'll definitely be back!

This condo is so family friendly with great spaces to lounge, great dining table and a full kitchen with every cooking utensil you would want!. It is so comfortable and the view of the ocean from the balcony is incredible. Access to the beach is quick and easy. We were a family group of grandparents and family of four. Space for everyone!

This is an ideal location right on the beach in the heart of town. We parked the car and only moved it once in two weeks. You can walk everywhere. Lots of shops and restaurants within one block. Kitchen equipped better than home. Updated appliances and bathrooms too. Comfortable beds and furniture. The TV did not turn on and a rep from Carolina One came over within ten minutes to manage this issue! After using the washer, we had a small leak from a loose connector and once again Carolina One fixed it.

This property is everything we could of asked for. The condo is very clean and the views are amazing. Folly is a small laid back town and everything was within walking distance. Lots of good restaurants and lots of live music. We have been going to Destin Florida for 40 years. Folly will definitely be our new vacation spot and will definitely be staying in this condo.

Condo 114 was extremely nice and well equipped with everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. The condo also has a perfect view of the ocean. The pool area was extremely nice and a great place to during high tide and still feel like you were on the beach. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful time and were very happy with our unit. It fit our group perfectly, was really clean, and was nicely decorated. We loved the beach views from our big patio and we loved the convenience of two pools and direct beach access. The beach is gorgeous and family friendly. We also loved being within walking distance of the strip with restaurants and shops. Parking was easy, check-in and check-out was easy, and staff were readily available and visible on site all day to help as needed.

This is an outstanding condo. It located right on the beach and has great views of the beach and surf. The condo was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and well organized. The beds are very comfortable. It is great having three bedrooms with each having their own bathroom. The WiFi is easy to log-on to and fast. Flat screen TVs are located in the living room and each bedroom. Parking is located directly below the condo with easy access either by elevator or one flight of steps.

Beautiful views of the ocean and easy access. Enjoyed the two pools with the grandkids. I moved from Charleston over 40 years ago. The area has grown considerably, but Folly Beach is a gem that has controlled development. It is a great place to vacation and I want to try different properties in the future. It is a great place for the extended family to vacation together.

We had the opportunity to visit Folly Beach and stay in Carolina One's Charleston Oceanfront Villas 114 last week. What a great surprise! The condo is bright, comfortable, well equipped with a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. The elevator was very helpful for my husband who recently had back surgery. Parking both under the building and in the lot was a breeze - we never had to circle to find parking. The carts in the parking lot to help with groceries and luggage were thoughtful. All in all fantastic!
