PRIVATE POOL! Large beach house can be your Castle By The Sea! All 4 bedrooms have their own private, full bathroom ensuite. Swim in the private pool, or take a dip in the ocean with the beach access right across the street. Pick your cozy place to relax from the swing or rocking chairs on the front porch while taking in the lovely ocean views, the quaint parlor, or one of the plush couches in the living room to watch your favorite TV show.  

Large kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, serve ware, and appliances. Keep the family cook company at the counter seating. Play cards or enjoy breakfast at the 4-person table. The large dining table in the separate dining room allows for your entire party to gather for family meals together. Washing machine and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor, in the kitchen. Den includes a twin daybed with a twin trundle pull out.

Backyard, fenced-in oasis includes your private pool with pool chairs. (Slide has been removed) Eat outdoors at the picnic table. Easily cross to the public beach access to lay in the sun, swim in the ocean, take a stroll down the beach, and gaze at the famous Folly sunrises.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. 

Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island and walk to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Get unique souvenirs while supporting local businesses at the Folly Beach Farmers Market & the Art Market, which take place select days of the week during peak seasons and holidays. 

Just a short, 25 minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more!
