Beach Nut

The house is clean, and the kitchen was well apportioned. It has been recently updated. The beds were comfortable. The location is nice. Beach access 15 is great since it only allows golf carts. You'll likely want a golf cart rental. The front porch is awesome. Best part of the house! The kitchen really needs upper cabinets!! All the plates and glasses are at foot level which is a total pain. Plus there is nowhere to put any food. We had stuff all over the counters the whole time. The bedrooms also need tables or more dressers. There was 1 small chest in our room and so all our stuff was strewn all over the floor. The outdoor shower could use a door and another 6” height… Washer dryer is in one of the bedrooms which isn't ideal. There is one tv and it's maybe a 32”. Too small for the room imo. Overall, decent value, and a great week at the beach.

Our family had such a great time last week at Beach Nut. The house was clean, we saw zero bugs inside the house all week, and it had the amenities we needed! The location is a 4-5 minute walk to the closest beach access, and a short drive to Whaley's and the south end of the island. Grocery store and the restaurants on the north end were maybe 6 or so minutes, depending on if you get stuck behind a golf cart on Jungle. :) The front yard was large enough for kickball, bocce ball, etc. The wifi was super quick. Only thing missing was a small table on the back deck or under the house to set items on, eat at, etc. But that was a very minor inconvenience! 5/5 would stay again.

This was the sweetest beach house. The location was great! The house was so clean, and had everything we needed. We have never rented from Carolina One before, but we will definitely be back. This was our most enjoyable stay at Edisto yet.
