Well appointed home with spacious bedrooms and upgraded baths. Gourmet Kitchen is well stocked and features Sub Zero Refrigerator and a large wrap around bar perfect for entertaining. Dining area is quite spacious with seating for 26. Pantry with additional Refrigerator and Sink adjoining the laundry room.

Incredible Cabana Room located off the pool deck with 2 large sofas, Large Screen TV, Billiard Table and a private bath. Plenty of chaise lounges on the pool deck along with a new gas grill and outdoor refrigerator for those afternoon BBQ's. Ground level amenities include a large putting green "sure to be the families favorite memory" and a ping pong table located in the garage. The pool may be heated for an additional fee. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons but it all depends on outside temperatures.
