Mermaid Haven has an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the left, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the right. The fully stocked kitchen is spacious for cooking lots of family meals, and has major appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, as well as several small appliances, utensils, cookware, and serveware. Dining area seats 6-8 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island. Lounge in the oceanfront living room with ample seating and smart TV. Access the screen porch and the 2 oceanfront decks from the living room sliding door. Sip a cool beverage on the porch of your choosing while feeling the cool ocean breeze. Relax under the carport during rainy days with the outdoor couches and gas fire pit.
Oceanfront left bedroom has 1 queen bed and a corner, ocean view desk if you find that you must set up a workspace while on vacation. Street side left bedroom houses 1 king bed. Both rooms share a jack and jill full bathroom between. Oceanfront right bedroom has 1 queen bed and is connected to the jack and jill full bathroom on that right side of the home. Fourth bedroom is street side with 1 king bed and is connected to the right side bathroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep 2 additional guests. Home sleeps a maximum of 10 people. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.
Folly Beach downtown area is just a short ride away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street (closed through Spring 2023), or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots!

Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

A starter supply of toiletries will be provided. Home is non-smoking. Home is not pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting.
