Brand New to the Rental Program! Welcome to 513 East Arctic! This beachfront house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are oceanfront master bedroom suites, 3 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and enough space for 10 family members and guests. The full-length covered deck offers panoramic ocean views, has ample, deluxe seating, and leads to a boardwalk for private beach access. Rinse off after a fun day on the beach under 2 outdoor showers.
Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and expansive ocean views. The living room is a comfortable gathering space with a fireplace and a flat screen TV that flows into the dining space, and has access to the oceanfront deck. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed for making that special family meal. A bonus multi-purpose room sits to the right of the main entrance. This room has a sofa sleeper and can be used as an office space or as an additional bedroom. A pack and play and highchair are available for guest use as a convenience for the youngest family member.
Bedroom #1 is a master suite with a queen bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, walk in closet, and gorgeous ocean views. Bedroom #2 is on the right side of the living room space. This master suite features a queen canopy bed, large walk in closet, a private bathroom with double sinks, a walk in shower, and a sliding glass door for easy access to the ocean side porch. The additional two bedrooms are located to the left of the main entrance and are on the street side of the house. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has 1 twin and 1 full bed. Bedroom #3 and # 4 share a full bathroom with a tub/shower at the end of the hallway.
Massive under building area provides sufficient parking, as well as a perfect place to keep your beach toys while you are here. Utilize 2 outdoor showers. Elevator runs from the ground floor to the main level.
Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 5.5 blocks away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street (closed through Spring 2023), or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots!

House is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a printer, cable TV on all three flat-screens, DVD player, central heat and air, elevator, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances that include an icemaker, and a washer and dryer. Sorry, but we do not allow pets or smoking at the property. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties, youth groups, fraternities, sororities, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc. allowed in the home. Guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy for the home.
