Free access to the community pool. Square Feet 800 Each Port O'Call Villa includes free parking, screened porch, elevator access, free access to community swimming pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.

(MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS). 

High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is notintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service 

The property is non smoking and does not allow pets. Available for weekly rentals in the Summer arrival on Saturday and requires a three night minimum stay in most other seasons. Holidays may require weekly booking. 800sqft.
