Each bedroom is well-appointed with comfortable beds, plenty of natural light and access to its own full bathroom. The 2nd floor primary suite boasts a King bed, private balcony, and luxurious en suite bathroom with a double vanity and ample closet space. The laundry closet is found down the hallway next to the second bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a full private en suite bathroom. The third bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with a Queen bed and access to the third full bathroom, which can also be accessed via the kitchen area.

Soak up the sun and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area from your private porch and balcony. Cast your line from the community dock or take a refreshing dip in the sparkling community pool, perfect for hot summer days. Beach access is a short bike ride away. Go into the Folly Beach downtown area to wander through local shops, markets, listen to live entertainment and eat at one of our amazing local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier or check out the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos! Fish off the Folly Beach Pier to catch the big one to write home about.

Downtown Charleston is only a 20-25 minute drive. Boat space on the dock is not reserved for renters. Turtle Bay is not pet-friendly and is strictly non-smoking. Must be 25 or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through Carolina One Vacation Rentals and has 24-hour on-call maintenance services. Public beach accesses can be found at nearly every block and/or half block up and down the island. We are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the renourishment.
